Here at Jvapes, we realize that our community is our lifeblood. We’re continually looking for ways to give back and help out. We’re happy to be able, through our partnership with the Arizona Smoke Free Business Alliance, to team up with the Save the Family Foundation of Arizona to do just that on Mother’s Day.

From now until May 4th we’re accepting donations of some much-needed items for an event to help mothers and fathers in need at both our Prescott and Prescott Valley Jvapes Lounge locations. A full list of donation locations can also be found below.

Items that are being sought for donation include, but are not necessarily limited to:

Any and all baby products.
New, unopened food products. (PB & J, Pasta, etc.)
Any and all hygiene products.
New or gently used men’s and women’s interview clothing.
New or gently used children’s shoes.
Various children’s school supplies.

If you’re looking to help but are unsure of what to donate, keep in mind general goods that might help families in need.

Donations are accepted at the following retail locations in Arizona:

GK Vapor Pub, Peoria
GK Vapor Pub, Avondale
GK Vapor Pub, Surprise
Jvapes Lounge, Prescott
Jvapes Lounge, Prescott Valley
Kidney Puncher, Mesa
Kidney Puncher, Tempe
Royal Vapor, North Phoenix
Valor Vapor, Apache Junction
Valor Vapor, Tempe
Valor Vapor, Gilbert
Valor Vapor, Phoenix

After the donation period the Arizona Smoke Free Business Alliance and the Save the Family Foundation are using donations to throw a Mother’s Day party to help parents in need.

This event will take place on May 9th, from 11 AM to 1 PM at the Save the Family foundation in Mesa.

ASFA and The Save the Family Foundation are currently looking for volunteers to assist with the event in various ways, at various times during the event.

Volunteers can register to help with tearing down the event afterward, helping in the kitchen, posting pictures to social media, or simply interacting with families and children, to everything in between.

Interested volunteers can register here.

Upon registering for the event more information will be sent out to volunteers, but if you’re interested in finding out more now simply send your inquiry over to daney@arizonasmokefree.org.
